  Guillon, Inc. was incorporated in 1979 as a closely held real estate corporation with sole stock holders Douglas J Guillon and Deborah. In the 1980’s Guillon, Inc. began development activities consisting of land division and multi-family development. In 1989 the company began its industrial activities in a joint venture with Marvin “Buzz” Oates, a Sacramento developer known for concrete tilt-up construction. In 1998 Guillon acquired Oates interest in properties in Chico and Visalia.
